MY WORK PROCESS
The work process that I follow provides a universal framework for all of my training, curriculum, and instructional design work. It provides a proven method for designing clear and effective training programs, eLearning courses, and learning materials. The model starts with a broad analysis based on the project's specific demands. Then moves through to designing by first analyzing the current situation in terms of training, knowledge gaps, or needs, starting with a series of questions to understand the current situation and overall goal. The learnings of this analysis will be used to make practical decisions and include a strategy, delivery method, structure, duration, assessment, and feedback. The project is storyboarded with ideas and/or a prototype is created. The core of the content will be decided, implemented, revised when needed, and evaluated after launch.
